Default Just curios.

B16A engine, lightly modified. My gas consumption in the city 1 gallon can go 20 miles (1 liter can go 8.5km) is it good? I use 95 octan. And what about you guys, what are your setting and average consumption? ( I didn't try highway yet) Thanks.

Why are you running 95 octane?
20mpg is horrible for a mostly stock b16. I was averaging 27mpg with my boosted b16

no thats city and highway.
I would say 26-28 city and 30-32 highway for a stock si ....thats just an educated guess though....
Why the 95 octane?

I see. I use 95 octane cause I don't live in the US. I live in Indonesia, and 95 is the best octane you can get, also the only one unleaded.

oh I see. Your engine only requires 91 octane anything more then that is waste, but since it's the only unleaded I guess thats what you have to run.

Just wondering, do you know anything about B16A 1st generation.Cause they have 2 O2 sensors and I connected those 2 sensors become 1, so only 1 cable going to the ECU. The sensors located on exhaust manifold #1&#4 and the other one is #2&#3. Do you think because of this I got bad gas mileage? Thanks.
