Default So how does this setup sound..

First off this is going to be a B20/B16 CRVTEC setup going into my EJ

AEBS sleeves 84mm, 10.5:1 C/R wiseco's , crower rods, balanched and polished OE crank, port/polished SiR head, omnipower springs/retainers , crane turbo ground cam.

skunk2 intake manifold, 1000cc injectors, walbro255L, SC61 turbo, (not sure what turbo manifold yet) tial bov/38mm wastegate, PWR intercooler and Hondata for ems.

Definetly open to suggestions

i'd drop the compression down to 9-9.5:1 depending on how much boost you'll be running. :dunno: and stick with oem gsr or itr cams. maybe a bigger i/m too like a jg/edelbrock.

9:1....compression has very little to do with spool it is all about gearing. Use 997-98 ITR cams. and go 83mm so you have some room if you ever need to clean it up

SC61 will get you to over 600whp with good tuning if you have enough fuel for it

ohh uhh btw reading owns you. back on topic, hondata doesnt support 1000cc injectors, get aem ems. You will need to girdle that thing up and bump the compression down to 9.0 to 1 or so. As long as you build safe, you build smart. Smart costs money. Good luck with the build though. also, gs-r cams are good to atleast 600whp, and that is more then you know what to do with.

lol hondata supports 1000CC injectors which has been proven by 6 cars built by our local shop.

also ITR cams have been proven to over 600whp on 84mm B16A

about the itr cams, which is cheaper...hmm. Also, I stand corrected, hondata does support 1000cc injectors, the reason that the person that I know opted for aem is the flexibility that aem has since he has free dyno time. It was only a couple hundred more for the ems so he went for it, just gotta get it tuned in now. I never said that ITR cams will not make over 600 whp on boost, I just mentioned that gs-r's will too, and they are a cheaper alternative.
