Default Spark Plugs Won't ignite

I just replaced the valve gasket off cuz it was leaking oil and somehow the spark plugs won't fire. I can get the car to make that noise like its very hard to start, but it won't start. oh yeah I also replaced the starter, but it started fine afterward. I don't think its the starter, but maybe the distributor or the wires since I also bought new spark plugs. Anyway this is for my dad's Hyundai Sonata. cheap car....

Did you put the spark plug wires back on the right cylinders? If so, pull the plugs and see if they are contaminated with oil. If that doesn't fix your problem, I don't know what to say. I guess: just don't buy cheap shit cars....

Yeah the wires are in the right place, but there seems to be gas on some spark plugs. what contribute to the firing of the spark plugs? distributor, wires, and spark plugs right?
