Default GSR short shifter for a 92 -95 hatch

Build planning taking too long...

I'll be putting a short shifter on my b18c1 gsr hatch...but do I get the gsr short shifter, or the civic ss? also, Source for engine: should I check out hmotorsonline, or osaka jdm motors.com? I hear good things about hmotors, but osaka includes a/c compressor and powersteering pump, not to mention osaka is cheaper all around, and no credit card fee...

The GSR ss actually brings the shifter a little closer to you its definately an upgrade over the civic one. As for your engine I've bought 4 motors from Hmotors and I only had one prob(broked TPS on a GSR engine) but they sent me a new one right away. I dont know about Osaka though.

osaka sucks ass.

Gsr shifters fit in d series shift linkages with very slight moddage of the linkage arms to be wider at the end, or you can cut down your gsr shifter on the end just a tiny bit also.

If you have a b series engine, then the gsr shifter will fit just like stock

Do a google search on Osaka and I doubt you'll find many happy customers. I ordered my Nissan SR20 clip from a place in FL (but it was shipped from Osaka in Canada). I ordered a blacktop S13 clip and they shipped me a redtop clip with 156k km (~96k miles), a massive front oil leak and no computer. The blacktops are the '94+ engine, redtops are the older ones. I had a hell of a time getting them to replace this engine and was told I'd recieve my blacktop if I pull the redtop and ship it back (clips are a lot more expensive to ship then just motorsets). I shipped the motor back and got another redtop and still no computer. The new motors much cleaner but their reasoning on the computer "we don't have any in stock, so your own your own". I wouldn't give them a dime, trust me, buy your motor from a reputable company who will stand behind their product.
