Default FrankenStein Wont Kick Over

B20-Vtec S2 (8k Miles not driven hard at all) Internals in a 95 Tegra
Ran Perfect till now, had monthly valve adjusments

I just did a valve adjustment on my Tegra a few days ago, which after it started fine a few times, idle normal and everything seemed fine.
Didn't drive it for a day.

Got up for work today and tried to start it, but it wouldn't kick over all the way, so I thought maybe my valve adjustments were wrong, so I double checked , and triple checked and 10x's later still nothing.

Checked My plugs briefly, were nice and snug.

Didn't touch anything else but the vavles adjustment screws.

Its like it chokes and bogs down right before it settles on an idle.

Also to my surprise I found 1 oil spot in my air filter.. locked sumhow?

Looking for ideas on what might have happened here.....

things i would check:
fuel pump (should be able to hear it)
main fuel relay (should be able to hear it)
distributor/cap/ignitor (take it apart)
plug wires (you mentioned you checked plugs, but didn't mention plug wires)
ignition timing

i doubt the oil stain will have anything to do with it.
