Default I need help troubleshooting an automotive electricity problem.

Hi,
I have a 2000 GSR.
The instrument gauge lights went out and I checked the fuse, it was blown.
I put in a new one, but nothing happened. Also, my parking lights don't turn on anymore. I used a test light to check if there is voltage in the underdash fuse, there was none. Anyways, my question is what do you guys think about this? Should I just rewire the circuit? I am going to check the combination switch tomorrow- (off/park/headlight). Please help, your advice will be greatly appreciated. Because I can't see how fast I'am going at night, and other people can't see me at night.
