Default Prelude problem

I have a 92 prelude SI aws..New belts, head gasket, rebuilt head with 170k on the block. I was driving home the other day around 60mph when my car bogs down then i hear loud metal scrapping noises, sounds like major valve tapping. I'm like 1 mile to my house so i try to make it...i then notice my oil pressure light blinking and finally when i get to my drive way it shuts off. I check the oil level and it's fine...i try adding oil to build up pressure and try it again in an hour....it turns on fine the pressure light is off but I hear loud clicking/tapping noises coming from the valve cover (valve tapping) and it sounds crazy. It idles fine, reevs up like normal but the clicking is sync with the rpms.

I'm pretty sure it's the oil pump but i dunno...any suggestions, thoughts or comments?

If you think the valves are tapping then you should check the timing. But that does sound pretty crazy, good luck man.
