Default Accord Antifreeze Reserve Tank Issue

I have a 94 accord LX that antifreeze keep on overflow into the reserve tank and caused the radiator to run low on antifreeze. The reserve tank is sucking antifreeze instead of feed antifreeze to the radiator.

Any suggestion on how to fix this issue would greatly be appreciated.

Check the 3 rubber seals in the radiator cap, along with the surfaces in the radiator neck where they're supposed to seal against. Nicks in the radiator neck let it suck air instead of sucking coolant back in.

Same story with the hose going over to the reservoir. Ever try drinking thru a straw with holes in it. You get air instead of your drink. Check that hose, & the funky connections at the reservoir cap, & the hose that's supposed to go down to the bottom of the reservoir.

Finally, if all that stuff is OK, maybe you have to worry about your headgasket?

Thanks for the advice, I will check the holes. I know the radiator cap is good since I have replaced with a good radiator cap before and still getting the same issue. The thing that I don't understand is how can the antifreeze keep filling up the reserve tank

When it heats up, antifreeze moves over to the reservoir. When it cools back down it's supposed to get sucked back in. But if air can get sucked instead, it displaces the water & gets worse & worse each time it heats up & cools down.
