F22B into 99 hatch NEED INFO

Ok first are the h22 and the f22b DOHC non vtec the same weight ? I have a dx hatch so since its not vtec i wont have to do any wiring right ? What ecu and axles to use ? And last are AVID mounts any good ? Thanks !!!

I believe the pin locations are different so you may need to do some wiring.
Use the f22 ecu and my guess would be the same mounts you would use for a h22 swap.
