It sounds like you have a bad o'2 sensor and it is fouling the plugs out. Which means it is running ritch.

If the o'2 sensor is bad it can cause a missfire.

well its not the o2 sensor, so i think im gonna put a spare ect in (engine coolant temperature) sensor here is my reason........a cold motor needs more fuel and a hot motor needs less. This sensor tells the ecu when the engine is hot enough. So I am thinking that the sensor isnt sending the right information to ecu to cut down the fuel, since i only have the miss after the engine is warm and it is running extremely rich (10.9 gallons gas to 170 miles) with a b16 swap tho without every hitting vtec or beating it. If i get on it alot i can get about 10 miles out of 5 dollars of gas $1.94 for premium here
thank Zach

I dont think that the ect affects fuel maps in any way. I'm pretty sure you have 2 engine coolant temp sensors, one runs your gauge on the dash, and the other is just a switch built into the thermostat housing, I don't think it affects the fuel though.

ok so i still havent figured out but.....yesterday i saw my bro driving down the highway so i caught up to him and he (tried) to take off ,he has just a d16a6 in a hatch and i shifted down to third and got on it for about 5 seconds and i couldnt believe but he pulled on me and i have a b16 so whatever the problem is made my car slower ALOT SLOWER!!!!, also today i noticed it the high rpms at fuill throttle it sounds like its detonating and its throwing alot of black smoke out of the exhaust ? could this because i jumped a tooth on timing and now my ignition timing is really advanced? i dunoo but im about to just got a new long block
