Default Stage 3 Power figures

Hey
I was wondering if anyone has had stage 3 head work done, and if they are using stage 3 cams what kind of power they are seeing, and where they are seeing it. I'm trying to decide if a strong built b16 will make as much power as a LsVtec with a medium build.

If this is a street car, do not use stage 3 cams. They put extreme wear on the stock rockers during daily driving.

Whose stage three are we talking about?

JUN 3s, no problem. Skunk 3s, good luck idling under 1K.

I'm really curious mostly about Jun's, Toda's, and Skunk's. But I've also heard crower makes cams for them too now, I'm just trying to decided which setup I should go for.

Don't even think about Crowers. Their VTEC cams really don't make very good power.

What? Crower makes excellent cams. My roomate had the small cams, 402a's in his GSR, and they pulled strong, a lot stronger than the CTR's in VTEC.

Toda Spec B's like to snap OEM timing belts, other than that they are great cams.
