Default B18B Buildup

Hey Guys; I just purchased a 1995 Hatch DX in mint condition (besides new lca, fender, hood) for $550. Being the price was so low - I am picking up a B18B swap from a 95 Teg next weekend. My plans were to keep the LS head and install a simple junkyard turbo (5-8psi). Reaching a reliable 200hp would be my goal.

While the motor is out I will be replacing all upper/lower seals, waterpump, timing belt (maitenance parts). While the motor is apart are there any internal mod's that would be recommended to make this motor as reliable as possible? I have seen piston/rod setups on ebay for 350+, would this be something a internal novice should tackle?

I am looking to spend about 1k in internal work (assuming I can do the job myself).

Any suggestions?

if you're only planning on running 5-8 psi the stock internals can hold it, assuming you have a fuel system and tuning to back it up.

Motor has 65k, out of a rear ended 95 LS. For fuel I was planning on putting inline fuel pump, and I was told GSR injectors would be fine? How about the cams? any suggestions?

leave the cams stock. gsr injectors have the same flow rate as an ls. get an intank pump as opposed to an inline one, fpr, dsm 440cc injectors with clips, and an safc hack to tune it.

engine management is key to reliabilility.

get a socketed ecu. (uberdata)
walbro 255lph in tank fuel pump. (stock pump cant handle much more without going lean at full boost.)
dsm 440s fuel injectors.
msd ignition and safc to tune ignition, air, fuel.

then spend time on the dyno tuning.
