Hey Guys; I just purchased a 1995 Hatch DX in mint condition (besides new lca, fender, hood) for $550. Being the price was so low - I am picking up a B18B swap from a 95 Teg next weekend. My plans were to keep the LS head and install a simple junkyard turbo (5-8psi). Reaching a reliable 200hp would be my goal.

While the motor is out I will be replacing all upper/lower seals, waterpump, timing belt (maitenance parts). While the motor is apart are there any internal mod's that would be recommended to make this motor as reliable as possible? I have seen piston/rod setups on ebay for 350+, would this be something a internal novice should tackle?

I am looking to spend about 1k in internal work (assuming I can do the job myself).

Any suggestions?
