head question
would I B16A head bolt onto a B18C block? or does it require you to route an external oil line for the VTEC and modify the head gasket like an LS/Vtec or a CRVtec?
this would be kind of like a B18c5 setup. B18 block with a B16 varient head on it essentially.

It will bolt right up. The setup you are talking about is commonly known as the Poor Man's ITR
