I know they're putting K series engines into civics now, so I don't see why not.
Maybe it would be easier than one might think, but I don't know for sure.
By the way, welcome to HAN,
Peace!

Default F22 Swap

A F22A swap into a eg.. is identical to a H22 swap..contact placeracing.com for mounts kits..as they have mount kits that fit h22/h23/f22 engines into eg/dc/ek chasis..and wiring shouldn't be to much of a problem..but might as well try to find a h22 swap and drop it in while your at it

Why would you go through all of the hassle of the swap if its only an F22, if with the same amount of work, you could have an H22? Plus, an F22 will add pretty much the same weight to the car as an H22 (and add all of the negative handling effects to it) without power to move it.

i'd imagine it's just as hard as H22A. but my question is....why? i dont think the H22A is much more expensive, it might even be cheaper, and it has more power and better compression.

Edit: oops, the guy above me pretty much said the same thing i did. lol

I know this is a little off subject, but what did they do to get that extra 10 HP out of the new RSX.? Just curious....

if you plan on spending that much money just go semi-origional and drop a k20 in with a turbo and an ex tranny they already have mountin and wiring kits in plus if you know what ur doing you can get over 350 hp with a full setup

The F22A has an excellent head design, with a turbo it can put down decent numbers. The F22A is also lighter than the H22A. What negative handling characteristics? All common misconceptions, the F/H does not weigh dramatically more than the B18's.
