Default Turbo Tuning procedure

I've spent the last hour or so searching the boards, and found little information on what exactly is needed in the tuning process for installing a turbo. I've got my eye on this one. Someone also said to upgrade the BOV to an HKS one. If anyone has any real experiance with this turbo kit, please post.
My car is an 01 Integra LS (B18B1, full stock 5spd if it helps). Also, do either turbos or superchargers help gas mileage at all? I've heard it go both ways.
And, I've read that the ball bearing upgrade can help spool up time and cooling but also isn't necessary. I'm hoping that someone can resolve this.
Obviously I don't have much experiance with turbocharging, so if you're just going to post to flame as I've seen so many times in my searches, please just skip this thread.
Thanks

I would personally go with the Greddy kit. It may be cheaper depending on where you look.

The drag kit is a great kit, very complete. I used to have a rev hard kit which is simliar on a b18a1. I think you can find a better price on groupbuycenter.com or else where. As for the bov, blitz is fine. A hks isnt going to work any better, just a different sound. Gas mileage usually decreases depending on how many psi you run. It wont get bad with good tuning, i still got 25+. A bb will spool quicker but with a t3/to4 like in the kit it wont make that much difference. You seem headed in the right direction just read up some more and look into hondata. Hondata is great for tuning, it will get the most out of the setup.

drag manifolds suck...the greddy kit the way it comes sucks, I would go with rev hard. tuning is fuel system, boost, timing, etc. you will lose gas mileage for sure but it is worth it. here is what I would look into buying if I were you:

REV Hard stage 2 kit
hondata
3 bar map sensor
720cc to 1000cc injectors depending on where the future goals are
255lph fuel pump
and of course gauges, timer, boost controller

with a LS block as long is it is in good shape can run 14psi on pump gas if and make 300whp or so just make sure you run good gas and make sure the motor is solid before you start

I would find out who will tune your car once it is together, and see what he reccomends for fuel managment. Hondata is the norm.

Thanks for the advice. I've been looking into the hondata, there're two of them, and both offer an extra "boosted" feature which I'm guessing is what I want. Also, do any of you guys know of any forum or site specifically for B series turbo installs like there are for D series?
Thanks
