:eh:

There's no need to sleeve that motor with a goal of only 200 whp. I made close to 300 whp on a stock block and ran it daily. Made some high 12 second passes on it too... where are you getting this 'personal experience' from?

Well to be fair, I don't think you were running an 84mm bore. The CRV sleeves are pretty thin, and that's stock.

Also, you're talking about your GSR right? MUCH better R/S means less sidewall loading, and slower pistons speeds.

I don't have an opinion on sleeving vs. not. But I'm just saying you're comparing apples to donkeys.

i was reading the new honda tuning and it was mentioning a b20/vtec and said that there is a problem with valve tap. Said that the releifs arent deep enough in the b20 pistons to let the b18c1 valves extend out without tap. You may want to think about this.

That gets to be more of a problem with higher lift cams, like ITR's. It is still a good safety measure to have them milled out anyway.

I don't see ARP rod bolts on that list anywhere.....those will be needed.

I kinda ignored it because of the earlier suggestion of Eagle H-beam rods, but otherwise some APR rod bolts would be nice for shot peened stock rods.
