Default cams

my step dad is looking for cams for his sons 89 Prelude B21 or B20. what cam should he get???

I don't know of anyone that specifically grinds cams for that car. Send them to Crower for a regrind, ask for something around 62403-2 spec, and see if you can figure out what to do about aftermarket valve springs. I doubt 'normal' B-series springs will work. If not, you'd be stuck with something along 62402-2 spec.
