yeah, most likely a big vacuum leak. Check your intake manifold and throttle body gaskets, make sure all vacuum lines are connected and in good shape.

I havent had a chance to work on the car, but prolly gonna go work on it today, and will check for vacuum leaks. Thanks. I did forget to mention one thing before, the car at first start up, idles at 2krpm, after about 20 seconds, itll fluctuate rapidly from 2k to about lil below 1k and back up. Would this still be a vacuum problem?

Sounds like you have a problem with your fast idle thermo valve.

Does the high idle happen only when the engine is cold, only when it's warmed up, or both?

Only happens after its partially warmed up. When the car is first started, (cold) itll idle normal. As the idle drops slowly, itll then start to fluctuate. Where is this fast idle thermo valve at? Would it throw any cel's? Thanks.

Fast idle thermo valve is the #1 suspect when the cold idle is out of spec. Since it happens to you when the engine has warmed up, focus shifts to the IACV (idle air control valve). To make sure it's the IACV you should first check your fast idle thermo and then make sure the idle adjusting screw is set properly. I've attatched the pages from the Helms manual for those procedures. If you still have the problem after doing both of these, it's most likely a bad IACV. Oh, and since this is a VTEC engine use the idle numbers that the Helms says for the B17A1. This is my '93 manual so that was the VTEC engine that year.

Really appreciate your help. I will check that asap. Noticed your located in Rockville, MD. Im actually in MD also, Silver Spring. Im thinking of taking my car to Tischer Acura, just to make sure me and my friend have hooked up everything properly. Just wondering if you knew anything about this dealer. Anyways, i'll definantly check out that IACV and let u know. Thanks again.
