Ive done a full tune-up plugs, wires, cap, rotor, pcv valve, fuel filter, cleaned throttle body, air filter, cleaned egr valve cleaned(ports into engine). Im out of thoughts. no cel's no codes stored had vales adjusted . I checked resistance and coninuity on the coil and some values were out and some didnt even show a value followed serv manual to check it. Any suggestions please advise. Also replaced left front engine mount and tranny mount.

I'm not very familiar with the 2.5TL engine, but does it have balancer shafts (like the Accord 2.2L/2.3L)? If so, they need to be "timed" to the crankshaft just like the camshaft is. They have their own little timing belt! If this applies to your engine, make sure that the balancer shafts haven't skipped teeth. I'm assuming here that you have vibration at different engine speeds, along with idle.

Well, given that you're getting some funky readings from the ignition coil I'd say that's the most likely source of your problem.
