I just bought a 1992 civic hb si about 2 months ago and when checking over the engine i discovered a broken off bolt on the valve cover. Whats going to happen when It has to come off next time?? how do I get it off??

Same damn thing happened to me. I ended up making a nipple that fit over the hole (made to guide the drill bit really) and then drilling the broken part down like an 1/8"th of an inch then easy outing the stupid thing worked pretty good. Problem is buying those stupid valve cover bolts from honda. Hope this helps a little.
