Default h22a / manual swap

So I'm seriously contemplating doing one... I have a 96 LX Accord auto, what do you guys think? Maybe even a f20b swap... I mostly want to do it with the stick, because It would be pointless to swap in an auto h22. Anyone here done the h22/manual conversion? or know of anyone who has? How reliable will this setup be? The car is daily driven so, I need it to work very nicely.

As I said in the Accord forum:

I have seen several cars with thtis swap first hand and they have been as reliable as any other H swap. The manual tranny swap really isn't all that tough to do but to make it look like it belongs there takes a little work....a good mechanic with a solid swap history should have more than enough know how to accomplish it.

pm h22avid... he went automatic d-series to manual H-series in a civic, which has gotta be even harder than an accord... he should have some good tips.

Overall, its a perfectly feasible swap. I see no reason why you shouldn't do it
