vtec harness
I'm exploring the possibility of swapping my 98 RS engine for a JDM B18C. My question is, will I be able to use my existing OBDII non-vtec harness with a vtec engine?
What would I need for a swap besides the engine/tranny/ecu?

You can use your harness but you will have to wire up vtec and the knock sensor. You will just need the motor,tranny,and ECU for the swap. You can check all of your wiring here www.hybridgarage.com
