b16a swap throttle cable question

Default b16a swap throttle cable question

ok first off i have a 92 civic cx hatch and everyone keeps on giving me the run around about which cable to use with the swap a friend told me to post here becouse one of you may know which cable to use i have been told like 4 different ones
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

what motor are you putting in

i tend to use the cable from the car the motor came out of.

Use the stock cable. (thats what my cx uses with my b16a)

I'd imagine you could get away with the CX's throttle cable with a B16A swap, I would probably try it first.

i am putting an obdo b16a1 that i converted to obd1. when you say the stock one are you talking about the one on the b16 or the cx cable. the one on the b16 is cut most come that way from japan.

try the original cable, if you aren't happy with the fit, or it doesn't fit.

score a 99-00 civic si cable from the dealership or check online.

well the cable was cut when i got the motor. when selling a JDM swap they do tend to do that unfortunatly.
