Default 88 CRX si - H22a swap?

wuz wondering if its possible to swap a h22a into my 88 crx si, i've seen it done on a 92+ civic, and not sure wut the difference in engine space available so if neone could hit me wit some specs on the h22a or civic to CRX engine space ratio, aight thanx

The engine bay is smaller than in 5th gen civics. You can do it, but the steps to get there usually aren't pretty and you'll have to do some major suspension changes to keep any handling on the street if that is a concern at all.

so i should prolly sticc wit a B18A1???(btw doesnt the civic coupe come wit a stock b18a1? cuz i guess ima start lookin fo' one..or jack one lol)

no it does not. Came in 90-93 integras.

i thought it wuz the b16, but mah friend has a 1.8l 2000 civic coupe or so he says......so i wuz juz goin by the liter to family patterns i wuz told..yes i do have some to learn before i try to engine swap i know plus i gotta get up the cash

None of the 2000 Civics were 1.8L from the factory.
