Ok, Im connecting the Vtec here shortly.
I just thought even though the Vtec was disconnected, the motor would be stronger then a Geo metro w/5 passangers
I'll let u Know how it goes,

All Right, Problems not over yet, I wired up the Vtec and test drove it, Everything is the same, but when Vtec engages it pulses (like a redline limiter) Maybe restricted airflow?
**btw Im using an Ls throttle body right now, could this restrict air that much?

That throttle body isn't restricting anything.

I'd suggest upgrading that ECU or even temporarily using a stock ECU to find out if it's throwing codes.

btw- thank whoever deleted my post which was directly above yours, which pretty much said, in not so many words, what i was refering too above.
A stock ECU will throw CELs. A Skunk2 chipped ECU will not throw codes. It ignores them.

I also noticed that my fuel is running extremely rich, soaking the spark plugs.

I also have a si throttle body on the way, switching my o2 sensor (from stock ls 1, probably never changed), will be doing a fuel pressure and oil pressure test after the throttle body comes.

On another note, My rpm on my cluster is innop., Isn't the blue wire on the dizzy run to the rpm? (*swapped 0b1ls dizzy w/ obd2 type r dizzy).
Some notes on this would really help.

Thanks
i think you need more help than anybody here can give you.

good luck !
