Default starter relay location in 93 integra ls 5spd

does any 1 know were the starter relay is at in a 93 integra LS 5 spd? ive read the haynes manual and it sais its under the heater on the passenger side, ive looked and have no clue were its at...
if u have pics of the relay or know exactly were its at please tell me. im goin crazy with this car and cant get it started., starter and battery are good..

A couple of questions. How do you know that the starter is good? And does your car have any kind of anti theft device on it? If I remember correctly some of those years come with a factory anti theft device which is simply a key you plug in under the steering column. If that is there rip that piece of s##t out and just connect the wires together. I have had trouble with that setup before. Hope this helps
