They are pretty good cams especially with stock compression. I bet you would make more power with them then the jun 3's on stock compression. Unless you are getting a deal you may want to see if you can get skunk2 stage 2's for about the same or less.
As for when the power drops off, you would just have to dyno and see when it stops with your setup.
Also upgrade the valvetrain with aftermarket parts or at the least type r parts.
