1988 integra ls
engine blown, need help,can a newer genberation integra engijne and trans be put in place of the zc engine and trans in a 1988 or older integra
i have seen engine swaps but for newer cars only,
and what if i keep the current trans, what engines will work from what cars.
help i need my little daily cruisder back on the road

90+ engines cannot be swapped in without a mount kit, custom linkage, custom axles, and some rewiring. It gets pretty expensive, but isn't too hard for an '88.
