1993 Integra GS won't start.

Sounds like that shop is now shotgunning parts, ask them what inside the dist. is bad. It's more than likely the igniter. I'd be careful if any shop that decided a whole dist. is bad when the dist. can be rebuild completely. I would ask questions and see if they start making excuses or lame stories. Honestly Honda sells every compontant in the dist. If your igniter is good and coil is good it should start. Ask them if they tested the ignitor... does it have on/ off voltage when cranking? The only thing that warrents dist. replacement is if the bearing inside the dist. is bad and the bad bearing is causing resistance to the dist. cap rotating. this seems unlikely to me.

Or just pay the money, I don't know anything I just work on these cars for a living that's all.
