94 GSR question

Default 94 GSR question

i have a 94 gsr motor all apart right now and ive had a couple people tell me to stick a LS crank in there. Whats so good about doing this.

It will increase the stroke thus more low end torque. In order for it to clear you will need Ls spec rods.

So all i have to change out is the crank and rods.

The difference between the two is very very small. If you don't have an LS crank just laying around, spending that money on better cams or higher quality internals like rods and pistons, would be much better spent.
