Default Bad block?

I have an opportunity to get this gsr motor but I believe that the block is basically junk. Notice that the engine mount is destroyed. Would the crank be ok still or would you think it would be damaged as well? With ECU what would you expect a good price for something like this?

I'm sure the internals are okay. But you never now without taking it apart. May I ask how much it is going to cost?

With that much rust on the outside, it's been sitting someplace moist for a while.

It's very possible that the sleeves are rusted out. Crank should be okay.
