A ball bearing turbo uses ball bearings instead of shaft bearings which come on other turbos. Ball bearings allow the turbo to spool quicker. They make as much power as other turbos and last very long. But they are not rebuildable.

thanks txhatch.. oh and mitchell im sorry but i didnt get ball bearing turbo from F n F. I watched it ONCE.. i dont want to start anything but... that isnt appreciated. My friend was talkin bout getting a ball bearing turbo n he said it was good for the engine life n shit.. i was just curious

Sorry about the comment, I've been in a foul mood lately (I want both of my roommates to go away for a long time!).
