I just put a b16a1 in my 89 hb and everything is in, but for when i try to start it, the fuel pump doesnt come on, it wont crank, and there is no spark. i know the starter is good because i jumped it nad it cranks fine, as is the fuel pump cause i jumped that and it worked fine, the onle thing im not sure if you can or how to jump to get spark. i have Si harnesses for the dash and the engine bay.

there is a possibiltty that they are different year harnesses but if so is there a way to switch pins or something

Sounds like a bad or missing ground to me. Also check all the fuses.
