Default Engine prices

I just found a engine from a 96 Integra LS. It has 42,000+ miles on it and they are selling it for $850 with $300 shipping and handling. Is this a good price?

Is it a complete swap(axles, tranny, shift linkage, etc)?
At that price it sounds like a longblock(block and head), but that's still i pretty decent price.
If it's a complete swap, with tranny, manifolds, etc, then it's a steal.

Its an average price if its a long block, nippons and a few other companys have the same engines with 30-45k miles and come with a start up waranty and shipping ranges from $150-$300, depending where u live. But if its a full swap its a hell of a buy.
