Default can a stock h22a head haldle........

how much power can a stock h22a head handle before upgrades?
this on a forced induction application.

With FI on an H22, you really have to worry more about the block then the head.

With stock internals you should be able to safely cram 6-8 ps1 boost without worries.

If you want more than that then I would work on the internals.... i.e. resleeve the block, forged pistons & rods.

The head? I'd say ~600 horsepower before you would be limited by the stock cam profile.

:werd: if stock cam shafts are good enough for Papadakis in his 8.12 H22 drag civic at 650whp then it's good enough for me
