Default Custom Turbo Help

Working on a fully built CRVTEC here.

It's got a 99 Si/SiR B16A head with valve springs, ss valves, crower stage 2 turbo cams, skunk2 cam gears, skunk2 intake mani, arp head bolts, port and polished and a 5 angle valve job.
Block is a B20, sleeved with Golden Eagles Godzilla sleeves, eagle rods with arp rod bolts and JE pistons sporting a 9.5:1 CR. Car will be tuned with AEM EMS.

This thing will take some serious power so I'm wondering what kind turbo, manifold and fuel stuff I should run?

What are you going to be reving to?

I'd go with a sc61 from precision and an Full Race equal length manifold.

Most likely a rev limit of 8500-8600 just to be safe. I'm sure it could rev to 9000 but I don't want to push it.

I was thinking of the Full Race equal length manifold. I'll look into that turbo.

What about fuel?

At least some 780's injectors, aem fuel rail, walbro 255lph in tank, and some hondata s200 to tune it all.

They leave a lot of room for turning up the boost. With a motor built that way you need to run high boost to get the most out of the setup and the turbo. Anything lower is just uncivilized.

Thanks for the info txhatch.

I'm going to run the AEM EMS as far as engine tuning is concerned however.

Westcoaststyle: I'm gonna check that link.
