Default ITR intake manifold on B16A

Hey,
I've heard the ITR Intake manifold works really well on B16's, but I've run into a few problems, for one... the idle control valve, the ecu is setup for the old one....and the itr throttle body contains the map sensor (so there is no need for a line in the IM), but there is no hole in my throttle body, its on the old intake manifold. If anyone can give me a hand, or point me to a good sight for this installation, that'd be mint. Oh I almost forgot to mention, its an OBD-0 B16A. Thanks in advance.

You can just tee off your fpr vac line for manifold pressure for your map(or tee off any other line on the manifold).

As for the IACV, I'm not too sure what you can do there...

sorry, it wasn't the idle air, but the fast idle, the thing that usually sits under the throttle body, on the type r, its in the throttle body.

Oh word, the thing with the wax inside that expands?
Yah, I don't know how you'd get that to work with the R manifold, sorry
