Default Engine swap?

I have a '91 integra ls, and I am thinking about an engine swap. I want to keep the car, but the stock engine (B18A1) has 190,000 miles on it, and starting to really slow down. I was wondering how hard it would be to swap it out for a gs-r engine or a prelude engine. Any help/advice is appreciated. thanks
