was there a part # for the apex'i header
if there is one for the ITR but none for the LS then it'll proly not fit
dc makes a header for your car
i would recommend the ceramic ones and not SS since the color fades and turns shitty brown after a month or so
BTW...the dc header in my base Prelude does not fit the SH model
so i would be carefull and only buy the part especially made for my car
my 2cents :P

Usually when they list a B series header with any kind of type r description... it means the exit is a little larger (2 1/2" if i'm not mistaken) and so you'd have to at least fit a larger cat to reuse the ls exhaust.
A good time to upgrade to a high flow cat as well!
