go to speedquestperformance.com if you ask the owners or send them an email they can tell you about it, they are the guys that worked on and dyno'ed my ex's integra, the integra i ran a 14.3 in with YES a 1.7 60 ft time
you can use all the analogies you want based on what you think you know.

now, i dont have that car anymore, ive got another integra im getting and trying to get it into the 10-11 range. thats what most of my threads are about, the 1.7 has nothing to do with the new integra.

dont be a ass i understand im a girl and you might be jealous, dont hate hun.
believe me...he has nothing to be jealous about. look at the car in his sig

I'm not hating by any means... just don't particularly care for unfounded submissions in these areas. Prove it and I will gladly apologize and give props where they are warranted. h:
I'm not going to go research your declarations for you... you said it, you prove it.

You being a girl has nothing to do with it so don't play the 'sex card'. If you were a guy I'd be saying the same thing. I think it's great you have these goals and that you know enough to do them (or pay a shop to as you keep alluding to), but me coming out here and saying I ran mid-10's without a timeslip is worthless.

If you did in fact pull that 60', you should seriously consider getting into the business of drag racing because that is either a specific moment in time when the stars aligned and the clouds parted to allow something like that to happen or you are one hell of a driver.

Looks like someone's feathers are getting ruffled now that the insults are flying. My car DOES run 12's. I have the slips to prove it. Take a look in my garage. I don't see any slips shown in this thread so I'll be very happy with my measly 12's.

well thank you, finally a half way decent comment. thats fine with me, im not saying i run 10's, i dont even have the car together yet, im expecting it to run 10's. but as soon as i can prove it i will. when i get my video up on here you'll be the first to see it.

i do have experience at the dragstrip, i used to race an older mustang. maybe that has something to do with it. i understand your point, ive been told several times that was insaine, and after it happened, my ex husband told everyone he did it!

I'm glad you see my position.

I'd love to hear more about how you achieved this 60' time. Preloading? Launch control? I'd also love to see the vid, but I'm not sure how you'd show a video of the car's 60' time unless the video is from behind the car looking at the timeboard.

I'm also shooting for 10s/11s but have serious traction issues due to amount of power I make and lack of practice on my part. My best 60' is a 2.0 and that is when I pulled the 12.6 on 205/40/16 Falken Ziex H rated daily driven tires... and I was only pushing about 290 whp at the time. I now make 100 more whp and run 205/50/15 BF DR's and the best I can pull is a 13.1 @ 118 on 20 psi. I spin at the top of every gear... I think I just need to invest in some slicks and splash holy water on my axles before every run. :chuckles:

Anyhow, no harm no foul. I just wanted proof.
