i do have experience at the dragstrip, i used to race an older mustang. maybe that has something to do with it. i understand your point, ive been told several times that was insaine, and after it happened, my ex husband told everyone he did it!
I'm glad you see my position.

I'd love to hear more about how you achieved this 60' time. Preloading? Launch control? I'd also love to see the vid, but I'm not sure how you'd show a video of the car's 60' time unless the video is from behind the car looking at the timeboard.

I'm also shooting for 10s/11s but have serious traction issues due to amount of power I make and lack of practice on my part. My best 60' is a 2.0 and that is when I pulled the 12.6 on 205/40/16 Falken Ziex H rated daily driven tires... and I was only pushing about 290 whp at the time. I now make 100 more whp and run 205/50/15 BF DR's and the best I can pull is a 13.1 @ 118 on 20 psi. I spin at the top of every gear... I think I just need to invest in some slicks and splash holy water on my axles before every run. :chuckles:

Anyhow, no harm no foul. I just wanted proof.
