Yea, but I doubt it's just chipped, has to have had a turbo upgrade as well.

99-00 Si's with CAI should be mid 15's with a decent driver so it should of been a drivers race.. but you said you walked her everytime.. i'd say either she wasnt going all out or she can't drive.

b16a - i hope your not saying VTEC doesn't engage unless your going 25mph and you can't go in VTEC when your in neutral.. rofl lets hope not
