Its called Dupli-color METALCAST ANODIZED COLOR, this stuff looks great.

buy them.
you can probably find a pearl clear coat to get that effect. maybe from paint and body shop around your area can spray them for you :dunno: i know paints shops can do it cause my friends car was white with a pearl clear coat that looks like that.
