Default burning specks on the headlight housing?

anybody ever experienced frquent burn specks on the headlight housing. can you recommend products that can erase burns without leaving any scratches?
and also i got this aftermarket 2000 accord door handle, i bought a black one. is it okay if use touch up paints to match the body color of my car? do you know any brands that will work well to door handles?

burn specks? like road tar specs? exterior or interior?
try rubbing alcohal.

and for the match up paint, you'd have to buy about 5 of those damn small touch up paints to get some what going.
might as well search around a bit and find a matching color spray paint online.
i can find it for you, but i'd rather have you find your own paint code and use www.google.com

good luck
