^^^^Nope. You'll need rubbing compound and a buffer(unless you want to hand buff for 3 days). Get mother plastic polish, in many cases the plastic polish can handle the job and save you from wetsanding.

I wet sanded and polished my headlights and buffed by hand... my arm hurt for a week and it still is dull. you need a buffer to do it right, otherwise it just ends up looking dull.. clear but dull...

What about the mothers power ball drill attachment...will that work as a buffer?

The results look good, but I was wondering why he didn't sand the color coat before he clear coated. If there is any orange peel in the color, wouldn't it still show through the clear coat even if the clear coat is sanded. How is this usually done?
