Default Accord: 2000 4cyl. Trans Question?

Anyone know how to do a transmission flush? Ive got automatic, shifting kinda hard at about 3 grand, thinking maybe a transmission fluid flush would help? Or at least thats what it says to do in the owners manual at this milage (100G's)..
Needing to know how to do it or a website with detailed instructions for a DIY. Or is it so hard I should probably just take it somewhere? Is it work it do this?

2000 Accord 4D 4CYL.

Thanks everyone!

Drain & fill, drive around, drain & fill, repeat until fluid is clean. The torque converter doesn't drain, so each time you drain you only get 1/3 or 1/2 of the fluid.

Does the fluid look dirty or smell burnt? If so, you might want to do 4 repeats relatively close. If it's clean, maybe only a couple?

In the owner's manual?

If I recall (my '98) it's below the right-side axle. It has a square hole to accept a 3/8" socket extension without a socket. Fill thru the dipstick hole.
