Basically my AC works when I am driving, however, when I come to a stop it will cease to function. I get that warm refrigiderator (sp?) smell, and if its raining its quite apparent because my windows will fog up..

One thing that I was wondering.. My friend has a 1996 ex and lets say that you have the key turned to run w/o the car running, then hit the ac button while turning the fan on, I can hear a fan on the outside of the car going. This fan is at the front of the engine bay.

On my civic this does not happen.. So, I guess I'm wondering if I have a fan that is supposed to be going as well or maybe I have other problems??
