Default D series swap problems

Help!! I have a '93 EH civic cx hatch with a '99 dx D16Y7 SOHC non-vtec swapped in and now I have problems. When I turn ignition on my speedo needle bounces and a clicking is coming from the left side of the dash. The car did start & run until today when my fuel pump stopped priming (no buzz b4 starting). All my grounds are good (front engine, tranny, t-stat housing) & all wiring harnesses are connected. I've re-used my '93 D15 intake & exhaust manifolds, t-stat housing & rear coolant tube. There is a connector by the timing cover but there is nothing to connect it to. N E 1 had the same problem or know something r.e. a '99 D16Y7 swap from a D15B? N E info would be greatly appreciated.

Default fixed it!!

Nevermind. It was my igniter & T-stat ground. The T-stat housing ground is for all the sensors on the engine & the igniter was my no-start.
