Are your running lights working? If not you might not want to drive since that will get you pulled over pretty quick. The interior lights usually go out with the running lights and plate lights. And yeah it's prolly just a fuse. Should be a really easy fix.

Go to any drugstore, and they'll usually sell small kits of assorted fuses for a couple dollars. Also, every Honda I've looked at comes with spare fuses in the fuse box itself, so see if those haven't been used up yet. Good luck, I've got wiring problems that I'm working on too

yeah, check the fuse box for spare fuses and to replace the possibly burnt one. also, if you're still having problems with the dash lights check the dimmer switch, those things go all the time.

No problem. What I was getting at earlier, was that the running lights or driving lights which are the ones that come on when you turn the switch once, work with the dash lights, and when turned on activate the dimmer for the radio and clock. Your headlights will still come on without them, but the other stuff wont work,...
Well it could be the fuse, or it could be a short in your dimmer switch. Which I think is on the left of the wheel, and allows you to control the brightness of the dash lights. If the lights flicker when you adjust this switch, then you may need a new one.
